Use electronic lab notebook templates to get started quickly

eCAT includes template records from a variety of different scientific disciplines. You can view the templates and then create copies of them to work with if they are useful to you. You can also view a set of "databases" which describe how eCAT's records and classes can be put together to achieve different capabilities and support different disciplines.
